Phone call

A few days ago my little girl Velani made me feel a little homesick I have to admit!

I was in the kitchen washing dishes when her little play phone rang. She picked it up and had a short conversation and it went something like this:

"Hello, mom! (short pause) aqui en mi tasa (casa). Vata venit a mi tasa? wow!!(vas a venir a mi casa? wow!) ok, bye mom!"(click)

Then she said this to me:

"Mami, mom va a venit a mi tasa arato! (alrato) Yay!"

I said:

"Oh, deberas?"

V: "si, va a venit a mi tasa! YAY! YAY!" long sigh "aaayyyy I love mi mom!"

I love her and miss her too! so hurry up and come see us "mom".

These moments are the ones I love and laugh at. Velani you are a very sweet and smart girl. You have the sweetest spirit and that is why all the people around you love you so much.

I couldn't just not talk about my other sweet girl, Mia, so I will say that yes my little bundle of joy does, kind of, look like Bob the Builer. What do y'all think?
