Sorry!

I know I said I would keep up but....

Well, I couldn't think of any excuses. I could say I was busy taking care of my daughters and that I had a ton of chores, but that would be a lie. My mom taught me never to lie, but I can't say I have never lied either, so why don't I just tell you why I didn't blog for a whole week. I got lazy! there I said it. I spend so much time on the internet checking other stuff that when I am ready to blog I am just so tired of being on the computer that I don't do it. So, I want to apologize for not blogging, but I can just briefly share with you the highlights in the Thompson's life for the past week.

• Wednesday- we love going to the library as a family. We each have a duty. Jahvel is in charge of choosing good movies to watch until our next visit. Mommy and Velani have to choose several fun books to enjoy and Mia is just our "chaperon." Does anyone have any book suggestions for Velani and Mommy?
• Velani went to the dentist and was not a happy camper until it was all over and was given a book and a balloon.
• Friday-Velani, Mia, and mommy went shopping! but we only went shopping for Velani. She is excited about her new clothes.
• we had friends over for dinner and games
• Saturday-went to story time with Velani and her friend Alina and shopped a little for daddy.
• went to church to watch a cultural event via satellite from Mexico city for the re dedication of the Temple there. It was a spiritual, but very fun event held at the Estadio Azteca. Being able to witness all of the members of our church and to see our Prophet having fun and singing in Spanish was very touching.

So that was our long week. We were quite busy, but we had fun and everyone of us enjoyed ourselves.
